REFUND POLICY
At Luxe Bouquet, we want you to love your signature scent. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your fragrance to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:
  • Unopened and unused (the protective cellophane wrap, box seals, and security tags must be completely intact).
  • In its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been opened, unsealed, or sprayed.
How to Start a Return
  1. Contact our support team at help@luxebouquest.store to request a return authorization.
  2. If your return is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions along with the designated return address.
  3. Important: Items sent back to us without first receiving a formal return authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on the reason for your return:
  • If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item sent, or item damaged in transit): We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind, disliked the scent profile): You are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Standard Flat-Rate Return Fees:
  • U.S. Returns: $10.99
  • Canadian Returns: $19.99
  • International Returns: $23.99 – $45.00 (depending on weight and destination)
Damages, Defects, and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away at help@luxebouquest.store if the bottle is broken, leaking, defective, or if you received the incorrect fragrance. We will evaluate the issue immediately and cover all replacement or return shipping costs to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items & Shipping Restrictions
  • Final Sale: We do not accept returns on sale items, clearance inventory, or digital gift cards.
  • Hazardous Materials Warning: Fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids (hazardous materials) by shipping carriers. When returning an authorized item, you must use a ground shipping service and comply with local postal regulations regarding the transit of liquid cosmetics.
